Exorbitant fees. Sale to the original purchaser was withdrawn and then reinstated days later with a later settlement date. The contract was identical with only a change to the date, it included the same names and purchase price. A special clause was also charged (one sentence). Total cost for sale between original seller / purchaser $3,857.14, one property.
