If you are selling your property and you need a real professional, then I would suggest Lauren McNamara.
Lauren took care of the legalities for my elderly mothers property very smoothly and with a minimum of fuss.
She made time with her already busy schedule, to make home visits on two separate occasions, when requested on such a short notice.
She was very kind to my mother and explained everything very clearly to her.
Above all we appreciated Lauren’s extremely kind and pleasant manner and I would not hesitate in referring anyone needing a conveyancer to her.
