I used engaged Arlene Stonovich of McPhee Lawyers in a family law property settlement. Arlene refused to take any action against the ex-wife's Ned Kelly style lawyer who blatantly escalated correspondence and matters to increase the billing for both lawyer's practices. After 14 months the property settlement when to court without Arlene who went on holidays in Thailand leaving with me with family court representation by Anne McPhee. From the family court debacle I ended up with a Binding Agreement that cost me thousands more that normal child supports payments would be, AND ended up with the child support agency stealing money from my employers bank account. Despite numerus requests to McPhee lawyers Arlene Stonovich refused to help fix the botched 'binding agreement' costing me tens of thousand of dollars. After the child support agency stole funds from my employer's bank accounts i research and discovered that lawyers should never allow client to enter into binding agreements where their client will be financially disadvantaged by the agreement. Ann McPhee sold off the practice soon after my property settlement. Even when I offered to pay further additional legal fees Arlene Stonovich refused to assist. Their lack of 'customer care' was appalling.

Damien was so professional and guided us through a drawn out process. He remained un-emotive and focused on facts which helped shape a set of orders which were fair and children focused.
