Absolutely disgusted. GHOSTED!!!!!!!!!!
I have never experienced a business so unprofessional and negligent. We are completely and utterly appalled.

Sure, our first meeting in the office was great, Mary was very friendly and assuring, appointed as the Centrelink correspondence nominee for both my parents to take care of their steps to retirement and also buying a home.
After a follow up phone call with Mary to let her know they had found a home and the application for pension can begin (so they could save money on their stamp duty as senior concession holders) she assured me she would get the ball rolling... and that is where her apparent "service" stopped.

Some nominee she turned out to be. We would have had better communication from a Uber driver.
Multiple emails completely ignored, phone calls going nowhere with receptionists "passing on an urgent message for her to call you back" AT LEAST 5-10 TIMES!

It is now too late for anything to be done, costing my family well over $30,000.

After seeing other similar reviews of this business, all I can say is stay away.

Following a very positive meeting in early April 2024 and the promise of an email summarising of our conversation and a schedule of fees, I've received nothing. Over the past almost 7 weeks I've reached out numerous times via email and phone, but still no response. I feel I have no alternative but leave a negative review as I've been ghosted. If MD Financial are too busy or are not interested in my business then that is their prerogative, but have the professional curtesy to advise me.

Mary De Angelis at Md Financial Planning has looked after my finances for over 9years.

If you've found Mary, you've struck gold.

Since Mary, life has been simpler, I have not been overwhelmed by finances/tax. I trust her.

From the outset Mary has been friendly, unjudgmental and an excellent listener.

When we met, I was overwhelmed, Mary attended to my concerns, current and future, with a plan including sound investments which has provided a reliable income base and monies to draw upon since.

This began with my Financial POA and caring for my mother, my baby (now a child), buying a home, moving interstate, finances for my child's future education.

Mary's extensive financial knowledge has meant I have since been required to do very little to navigate taxation and the financial system.

I am no longer overwhelmed, if there is a concern, I call Mary, resolved !
