Just wanted to say thank you to Kim at BMW Medindie. Purchase my BMW at Medindie a few years back and the experience from sales to service is excellent. I only service my BMW at Medindie from purchase until now.

I don’t usually write reviews but Kim deserves attention and to be known as an asset for BMW Medindie.

Yesterday I brought my car
L for its scheduled service and Kim always book me Ubers to pick/ drop me off up from my work place. Kim has always been my service advisor.

Kim asked me yesterday asked how was your day and I replied “ had to uber all day around to work “. The quick and efficient response from Kim as he knew I’m a business owner so transportation for me is very important as I attend meetings and my other errands throughout the day.

Kim strongly said “ call or text me and I’ll organise you a free loan car to drive around instead of Uber “. This is the same experience I get from my other vehicles at other dealerships. I’m extremely happy that Kim offered this for me.

To kim : I also wrote a review directly for you a few months back on one of your companies FB sponsored ads!

For me I only go back to business who knows how to treat their customers well. Thank you Kim

I change cars every 2 to 3 years, and I never had this level of professionalism, non pressured experience from any other dealership in Greater Melbourne or Sydney region.

First up, Sebastian is the guy you want to deal with if you are engaging with medinde BMW. He understood my requirements very quickly, didn't beat around the bush like other dealership sales man does, He pushes boundaries within his limit for a genuine sell.

Adam debono is the finance guy you need, if you want to take BMW Finance. He never sounded annoyed despite a 3 weeks back n forth Finance calculation, and on top of that, he went out of his way to do negotiations without which the deal was not possible. He is absolutely worth the money he charges!!

Lastly, I dealt with a dozen BMW dealerships over the last several years, I truly believe that this BMW dealership is genuinely focused on customer satisfaction.
The dealer principal, Adam, and general manager Adam are also genuine business focused and are very sharp with their numbers. They do not waste time.

I recently bought a BMW X4 Sport, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming, making the entire process seamless and enjoyable. Seby patiently answered all my questions, even after hours, as I was still figuring out how to use my BMW.
