Don't pay this man until he dose the job he's promised.
Mr Mellick made several assurances to me before my case, which on the day turn out to be completely false and extremely damaging to my case.
He entered court unprepared and smelling like drunk after a big night out.
He disappeared from the court room immediately after the judgement and failed to explain himself for days until demanding emails were sent.

This man is a disgrace and a lier.

Maybe a bad day I guess 🤷

Wouldn't refund a cent of he's fees, claims it was a good result

Good result for him who walked away with a bucket of money.

I wasn’t asked to give in a review but I had to do it out of my obligation as a client ..Mr Bebe was my lawyer representing me in a low range DUI case that I was charged with a month ago…I was impressed with his demeanor and the way he handled my case..he was very calculative and practical in his approach …Because of Bebe , the verdict in my case turned out in my favor ,and I recommend him if ever the need arises for DUI cases..I was given just a month’s suspension when I was supposed to be getting over 3-4 months and came out with no criminal conviction of any kind…even the charges of the fine imposed were far less than expected …Mr Bebe charged me a very reasonable and nominal fee…Without a doubt,I formally recommend him and his associates in his practice to handle any case you may be fighting against..Im sure they will bring in the best outcome

After another Solicitor failed to appear, we quickly hired Garth Smith to just appear on my behalf of us at a simple mention to be adjourned.
He billed me nearly $3000 for 10 mins in court and then for years afterwards, has proceeded with a very dodgy Order that l knew nothing about.
Don't trust a Sociopathic Solicitor - they NEVER STOP!!

Very very expensive, I made to pay $16000 in few months . Nothing done for me. once you give your case to him ,start sending big bills, more attention to bills then handling case....My worst nightmare. Thank God I am out of this ....just hate it..
