Throughout the case, the emotional value provided to me as a client and the professionalism exhibited in handling the matter fell far below acceptable standards.

The disappointment, frustration, and struggle I endured during this entire experience were overwhelming. I felt neglected and undervalued, with inadequate guidance and support
during what was already a stressful and challenging process.

On 13 June 2024, Mr. Alexandropoulos Nestoras who was handling my case alongside Ms. Ho, arrived 10min late for the court appearance scheduled at 11:30 AM.

It was the longest 10min in my life being so nervous to be in court case and waiting for my lawyer who was meant to support me throughout the case.

I attempted to communicate with Ms. Ho before the court day but I was assured ‘Mr. Alexandropoulos Nestoras will arrive 15min early prior the court appearance to discuss with you.

According to Ms. Ho's plan, Mr. Nestoras Alexandropoulos appeared in court on my behalf twice during the course of the case: at 11:30 AM on 13 June 2024 and at 2:15 PM on 25 July 2024. However, during both appearances, the sessions were merely adjourned,I think providing no meaningful progress or defense of my case.

The prohibition of unfair practices, including retaliation against consumers for leaving negative reviews, is covered under several provisions of Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which is part of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. Specifically, this falls under Unfair Practices and Consumer Protections sections.

1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) for Unfair Practices

Section 29 – False or Misleading Representations
Under this section, businesses are prohibited from making false or misleading representations, including misrepresentations about the review process or any threats regarding the content of reviews.

2. Defamation Act 2005

Section 25 - provides that truth is a complete defense to a defamation claim. If the defendant can prove that the defamatory statement is substantially true, then the defendant is not liable for defamation.

M/O Conspired and colluded with McDonough & Co in the perpetration of fraud. Persons concerned should be imprisoned.
The senior lawyer concerned (in part) lied when he said ''he had no knowledge'' of the matter when documents show he did. He tried unsuccessfully to divert my complaint and refused to answer (point blank) RELEVANT QUESTIONS that as a senior within the firm and part- owner would know. These questions related to falsifying the sending/non-sending of important documents. I am out of pocket thousands of dollars and you will be too if you deal with these ''low-lifes''. Some of the rudest and most unprofessional lawyers Ive had the misfortune to meet including arrogant management with their ''dismissive flick of their wrist''. One client I spoke to told me of the ''absolute waste of $40,000'' he had spent to ''get nowhere'' and was there to pay off monies owed before he took his case (and notes) to someone else. He was ropeable. Mellor Ollson is about Mellor Ollson; not you. I could never recommend Mellor Ollson. Youll notice they generally respond to reviews but I can GUARANTEE you they wont to this review! If I could give them negative 5-stars I would. You have been warned! STAY AWAY! These people are pigs.

I worked with Mellor Olsson on a probate application, and was hugely disappointed. Communication was extremely poor, my case seemed to get forgotten on a couple of occasions, my emails were left unanswered, and as a result the whole process took a lot longer than it needed to. I certainly do not recommend them for this type of work.
