Terrible service at check-in, looked at me as if I was causing them inconvenience. Selectively apply policies which suit them but when it comes to delivering on their end, all I heard was excuses. Couldn't utter apology for for delayed flight and missed connecting flight. A bunch of lowly paid workers going on a power trip.

On 6th April, we travelled from Bangkok to Perth. My wife requested wheelchair due to her knee problems. There were other 6 or 7 passengers waiting for a wheelchair at the aeroplane gate. A staff looked like Bhutanese or Napalese refused to provide wheelchair as there was no staff to help all those. When asked about Manager and his name, he rudely refused to provide details. Those passengers had to walk a long way to immigration check from aeroplane gate with pains in knees. One elderly lady had knee surgery last month but that staff ignored all our requests and said no staff. Menzies should be ashamed of it and unable to manage staff at international airport like Perth and the rude staff having no name badge just to avoid complaints in their name. That staff should not be allowed to work in public areas.

Waited over 1 hour for our bags to come off and international flights. Flights that landed before us received their baggage well before us. The Menzies baggage handlers are a nothing short of a joke. If I could you mugs a zero rating I would!

Went there to pick up my dog which took about 45 mins. Couriers were very friendly and gushed over the pet, even though they had stayed over hours for the late arrivals.
Easy to find, lots of parking however no bathrooms so make sure you go before having to wait.
