It is probably one of the worst legal service that I ever used.Mel was providing inconsistent information to me. She initial stated that it’s only needs to be paper settlement if it is over 50k reduction. She then told me later on it is 15k. I then question her on the phone to fact check her work. Mel Fang then became very emotional and unprofessional. When I made a complaint further regard doing this issue, her boss that replied “ Thanks for your feedback. To be honest, this is a very rare case where there is a reduction in the price and hence Mel could not confirm the amount off-the-cuff. ”

I also explained to her that I am in a remote community and unable to just get to the post office for VOI that easy. I told her that previously I have settled a house with online VOI. Instead of looking into online VOI, she came back and question me have I ever bought a house in WA recent years. I told her just couple year ago I did. She then became emotional again. I end up was able get my VOI done online with another firm.

It is very good the service terminated. The reply from her boss just shows how inexperienced Mel fang is. It is only a small issue, she already unable to cope. I am not sure would anyone pass their big purchase to Mel Fang after what I have experienced.
