Not evan worth 1 star, receptionist is rude. Mark is useless couldn't fight his way out of a paper bag for his clients. Office is always unattended an noone answerd the phone for weeks. If your love one is in goal I would not bother.

Mark O’Callaghan has been my solicitor for 26 years. His office has handles all my legal concerns from workers comp, conveyancing and giving me advice. If appointed legal aid, will do the bare minimum and consort with past lawyers, shove your case through and overlook inadequate protocol presented by previous conflicts of interest. Will not give advice outside of "legal aid scope" and will not advise upon concise recourse.
Do not accept for high court sentencing, appeal, or self-represent. Reception seemingly understand and empathise, but are simply getting you in the door to waste your time. Big mistake even bothering.
