The loss of a loved one is hard enough as it is. MGR worked on my deceased father’s estate. Two years after his death and with no communication, a family member who was not one of the executors had to get into contact with MGR to find out why the estate had not been finalised. It was only then, that they actually started to communicate to the beneficiaries and begin to finalise. It has now been more than 2 years 4 months and we are still waiting. If they consider themselves to be professionals then they should have ensured that the executors did their job in order for everything to be done in a timely manner. I would not recommend anyone use this firm for writing of wills or finalising deceased estates. Absolutely disgraceful.

I have been a company director for over 40 years. During that time I have handled many contracts, bought and sold many properties and in general had lots of dealings with legal professionals. My recent dealings with MGR were nothing short of disastrous. The worst service I have ever experienced.
