Not impressed...general lack of guidance and poor communication has made the probate process incredibly arduous and laborious taking well over 6 months to complete.
A detailed checklist of requirements covering all facets would have helped. Instead we were asked for items which had been previously sent months earlier, accused of poor record keeping, emails were lost or not read, basic queries were were responded to with long winded legal speak without addressing the question....incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
My only assumption is that they have lost competent staff and too much was left to too few.

Do not use this lawyer service. We used them for a passing of a loved one, and they made it so long and troublesome we had to switch lawyers, causing a lot of excess (not required) fees
