I can confidently say that Michael and his team provide excellent accounting service. Their knowledge and proficiency are impressive. However, I feel the need to clarify that comments made by Vickie Melville are factually incorrect. She has definitely not had an interaction with Michael in a professional capacity for the past 20 years.

I read this review some time ago and asked my accountant why he didn’t respond and he said he knows the comments are untrue but would rather not. However, I feel it is my duty to set the record straight. You say Michael was new and needed business. The fact is he has been in practice for over 30 years and I have been a client for more than 20 of those. I hold him in high regard and have nothing but respect for him. In fact, I have sent several other people to him and they are all of the same opinion. He is very helpful, continually provides advice and is proactive. Your comment that there was no communication simply does not apply to Michael – did you ever think it could be you Ken? I have never been charged for a simple phone call, so I do not believe you would be charged $80 for a two minute phone call. Michael is a highly regarded professional by me and my business associates and quite frankly, from the tone of your email, he is far better off without you as a client.

Michael has been great for us as we are a small struggling business & Michael knows what we can claim for and what evidence we need to ensure everything is ready for Tax purposes. I thoroughly recommend going to see Michael Muller, his prices are extremely reasonable and you get your monies worth. He goes above and beyond - do yourself a favour go see this man and he will ensure everything goes smoothly for you !!

My wife and I have been dealing with Michael and his very good staff for over twenty plus years now both in a business and SMSF capacity. I have never had cause for complaint. Always accomodating. Very happy.

Terrible
We were new to Australia and were recommended to him through the Tasmanian Buisness group, as he was new and needed buisiness.
We went along and he was fine, then silence....and more silence. No advice no Contact. Nearer the time we had to get the accounts sorted out, again no advice no contact. Emails sent ...no reply.
The bill was over $2000, no comment, no discussion.
We challenged his $60 chrage for entering the figures that we gave him, a $80 phone call that lasted a minute or two. Terrible.
When we said that we were not happy with the charge, silence..emails from us were just not replied to.
We changed to a better accountant and still he would not give any of his information about our accounts to us.
We agreed reluctantly to pay a slightly smaller fee and NO INVOICE, no commuication.
Do not go to him, no real service, no advice, no nothing really.
Thankfully we are now with a new accountant that has saved us over $1000, that is what we want as a small business.
