Would give 0 stars if I could, Sarah was meant to handle our settlement for our house but in the last 2 weeks or so has completely ghosted us, our mortgage broker and the bank. We are meant to settle tomorrow and now might not be able to because of their negligence. Clear to say they will not be receiving a dime of our money. Luckily the vendors solicitor is stepping in to help us otherwise we would be screwed. Avoid at all costs. They might as well close their business, they definitely don't do any work.

Steer clear of this place. My partner and I just bought a house and are meant to settle today. We used this place as it was convenient to where we were living at the time.

We had one appointment with Sarah for settlement papers, and then heard nothing back after 6 weeks. On the eve of the settlement date I went to the office to find that no one was there. (Apparently Sarah is sick and has been sick for the past year) Which is not a good excuse, if you know you are sick you would call someone else in to do your job if it is important as being a solicitor.

She had not even sent any paperwork off to be filed, so we may not even be able to settle today.

Safe to say they will not be seeing one cent from us.

Luckily our vendors solicitor has stepped in to help or else we would have been screwed.

Michael use to do all my work until his passing. Tried to contact Sarah with no luck after this. Move forward about ten years, thought i'd give her another chance with updating our wills and two property sales. Two cancelled appointments later eventually got there to see her, multiple mistakes and misinformation and then canceled our signing appointment and no contact or response to our text, phone calls or emails for 9 days when i told her we were done and moving elsewhere. Very Very unprofessional!

Two elderly parents in nursing homes. POA and EG Documents need signing. 3 hour round trip to execute. Appointment made. No show
Four phones calls made. No answer or replies to messages.
Finally made another appointment.
Another no show.
No message as to why.
No one answering the phone.
Waited 3 hours. Still not answering the phone.
Still no message.
Still no reply phone calls.
Disgraceful.
Shameful.

I find it absolutely remarkable if the office is closed for whatever reason that a call could be to me to say sorry but we can’t meet the agreed appointment time of 3pm on the 7th Dec. Obviously there is no care towards business development and customer service and completely wasted my time. Thanks.

Fulfills the perceived lines about solicitors, over priced, poor advice and doesn't get it right. Uses high quality stationery for high priced letters when every one else is into recycling and cost reduction. Forgot to pay mum's funeral bill even though it had been taken out of the disbursements. If you can get the will out of their hands, you can do a better job yourself and save 3 grand.
