You generally see a lawyer when being screwed by workplace. This man screws you further. Avoid at all costs.
Having to repeat yourself, at our expense, doesn't fight for you, just goes with the flow. Didn't claim some issues, although at his recommendation. Bill meant nothing, was charged nearly double my invoice. Advice was wrong, didn't know about hidden charges, that I now have to wear. Didn't cancel meeting in town, turned up, but he never. I could probably write an essay on the horrid experience.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AND SAVE YOURSELF MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES BY AVOIDING Michael Speck and Co.

We had Wills and Power Of Attorney drawn up by Michael recently ... second marriage ... kids on both sides ... grandkids and step grandkids. What felt like a quagmire before we went in was swiftly sorted... clear solutions found... precise decisions made. It was so fast, maybe a bit clinical, that it made me wonder if we had made the right decisions for a while. I was actually reeling a bit after the meeting. But by the time the documents were ready a week later I felt much better and after signing knew we had absolutely done the right thing. The price was very reasonable and everything was so quick and relatively painless that it made me wonder why we have put this off for so long. Don't expect to have your ego nursed ... but do expect Michael to cut to the chase and get to finding the clearest legal solution very quickly .. with lashings of dry wry humour thrown in that in the end revealed glimpses of a true legend beneath the armour. No hesitation in recommending Michael and his team to anyone needing legal services.

I highly recommend Michael...I went from a rejected workers compensation claim, to michael getting it completely turned around... he is by far the best lawyer I have worked with... His professionalism, follow up, and attention to detail is second to none.. above all that Michael is a genuine person who has been an absolute pleasure to work with...
