Absolutely amazing service! I had an electrical issue with my car that no one seemed to be able to figure out, but this shop was a game-changer. From the moment I walked in, the team was super friendly ,and professional. Tim diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything in detail. Not only did they fix the issue promptly, but they also made sure my car was running perfectly. The price was fair, and the customer service was top-notch, also the Tech are bilingual which is an extra benefit for me. Highly recommend Midas for anyone with electrical car issues!

Ask for Tim, very Knowledgeable about a range of cars and their various car specific service care requirements. I send 4 x family members cars, ( including mother-in-law, wife, & sons) different brands, to be regularly serviced here, all maintained to log book specifications. Friendly, helpful, dependable, responsive, timely and good value. Highly recommended.

GENUINE REVIEW: Tim did a terrible job on our vehicle that we've had to go to another mechanic and spend more money to fix the problem. I'd avoid Midas Brookvale for anything major. Plenty of other mechanics at Brookvale. Very unprofessional, he asked to pay cash - avoiding tax, GST and breaching the Midas franchise agreement! PS: Don't believe his ratings - he reports the 1-star reviews to have them removed. PPS: Tim, I know you're a keyboard warrior but your response is NOT needed. END.
