Hired their conveyancer Sarah Robinson3 times in the past two years, unfortunately last time she abused our trust and charged us $3300,WhenI’ve got some quotes from local conveyancers I found out even for all of the past services she had ripped us off. When we called and asked the reason,she replied in rude manner “it’s our price”.Now we are working with Brenda Hyde, unlike Sarah she is very honest,friendly and fair. She is always available when I call and answers all of my questions patiently. Sarah is not working in Kempsey every day even when she was in Kempsey I had to call her office several times before she called me back.Her responses to our questions were not clear (always keep saying I am not sure you need to check with council). If you had to work with Sarah make sure to get a written quote via email first.
