Lovely stretch of the beach and rocks as well as a surfers paradise between Goolwa and Port Elliot. It's easily accessible by steps from various locations.
If lucky, you may spot whales in the winter....
Parking can be difficult, especially on the weekends.

Surf lessons and several car parks around the beach, toilets and outdoor shower at the lower car park. If you have things to carry onto the beach I suggest parking in the lower car park. Great views of the surf and Middleton point from the upper car park, where there are occassional surf competitions and lessons.

One of the nicest beaches in South Australia & an excellent spot to see the Whales 🐳💖🙌🏼 Popular surfing beach. There was at least a dozen surfers out there today. The views are beautiful all around. Plenty of parking available along the boulevard.

Nice beach for the kids and dog, just be careful with waves. Kids can enjoy surfing lessons or bodysurfing.
You need to know where to park, as we were very far from the toilets!
Then find out there is not shower so I had to put the kids full of sand in the car and drive to the nearest toilet/shower.

Beautiful beach conveniently located on the Fleurieu Peninsula, approximately an hour or so from Adelaide. Long beach ideal for good long walks with your pooch or just solo walks. This beach ⛱ seems to be a very popular spot with surfers 🏄‍♂️ 🏄‍♀️ and there were quite a few around. The waves 🌊 didn't seem very large to intimidate newbie surfers but just enough to keep the better ones interested.
The carpark located off Chapman Road was quite adequate and there was plenty of space available (visited in the middle of the week). However, there are no toilets at this specific location nor is there any provision to wash off the sand/sea water/seaweed from your legs.
Great place to enjoy a day away from the city and just relax...
