Had Eliza do a new will, care directive and power of attorney for my mum whilst she was in hospital.

I bought a house which we transferred into my husbands name since he was working and the upkeep on the then rented property was a tax deduction for him. When we separated this company was engaged to do the convence. My ex husband offered to pay the fees for the transfer and the man from this company made assumptions and instead charged me half. It then cost my ex husband more money to have the billing sorted out. This company’s rep said I should be glad I’m getting a house out of this when confronted with his mistake. Ummm it was my house I paid for and this man had no right to make such a judgement. He assumed I was a gold digger. Not happy at all!

We have used many conveyancing companies before . And people say use local. Never again very slow to respond if at all settlement was delayed due to lack of competence from 31st of October to the 10th of December. We have on several occasions asked for copies of the surveyed map of sub division and received a copy that had not yet been approved. It was just one issue after another. Glad we are done with them never to be using them again and would never recommend the conveyancing side of Mild waters ever again.
