Yeah nah.
Claimed on 3 occasions last December that they would be sending a settlement offer through on behalf of their clients, but nothing has yet been received.
So either they are lying scumbags, or the clients they’ve taken on are.

Day of house settlement I was told they didn't recieve deposit (paid 3 weeks prior with emailed receipt) and I was to pay immediately otherwise settlement would not go through. I lost money in moving costs and time off work due to delayed settlement. No explanation or apology.
Unprofessional, uncaring, unreliable.
Would strongly not reccommend.

Worst communication i have ever dealt with in a law firm , never respond to emails unless it suits them , then when dead lines are not meet send threatening letter about encumbering your property due to deadlines not met
