Lots of reviews here about not being given a refund. I'm glad they don't give refunds because I don't want a 2nd hand item that someone else purchased, "changed their mind," and returned it. You purchased it, You made the decision, stick by it!

Had a spare key cut for a Honda that was getting traded in for a new car. It didn't work, couldn't insert key in the door cylinder. Went back to have it fixed, failed a 2nd time. Went back again on the way to trade the car in, the young man went out to the car to try for himself to confirm, key didn't work. Said to come back the next day as it was busy on the Saturday. Car got traded that day minus spare key. Went back for a refund, was quoted policy on why they couldn't refund, and was advised he knew what the problem was and could fix the key there and then - not required as car was already traded. 4 repeat store visits for a key to be correctly cut is of no value to me and my time. Would have been 1 star, but the staff members were attentive and respectful - just lacking some key cutting skills!

I purchased a very wide leather belt that was too large and it needed some additional holes punched into the leather. My belt was immediately punched with new holes and it looks perfect. I ALWAYS recommend this business as they never fail to deliver superior quality work and the people there are always friendly, accommodating and talented.
