ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I could not give higher praise for the service I received, I arrived late in the afternoon and they engraved 6 items for me they were so helpful in helping me choose the best fonts , the staff are courteous and friendly and the price was excellent, I will definitely be recommending to family and friends or anybody that wants the best engraving service I have come across.

Guy was so unhelpful and un professional. Did not want to engrave the yeti bottle to start with and than told us he couldnt di it as it was to hard and to gi back whete we git the previous 8 done. He didnt ask any questions it was just when we asked about font etc that he said no. All we wanted was a name with 7 letters and was told itcould only be 2cm long so it would be very small and squashed Lol what a joke. Way to run a business. He even had a machine with YETI on it so you would think they do them well no He doesn't so we drove 40mins to west Lakes where we got the other 8done and they were amazing there. Got told to edit my review so here it is

Rudest workers i have ever seen, gave my watch to get batteries changed,was told that the watch no longer will be water proof after the battery change, still went forward with it, came back after 45 min to nothing, was told i had to wait 20min longer if the work was to be done, took the watch back with me, do not go here unless you want to pass time chatting up the old bloke dominic, your watch will be ruined and time will be wasted
