I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I took this necklace and also a leather bracelet with a stainless steel piece that I asked to get laser engraved. The person who served me was so rude and cut me off telling me he wouldn’t laser engrave jewellery. I assumed that meant his hand engraving skills were good. I didn’t take a picture of the bracelet because I was so unhappy as it was a birthday present (which has since been fixed up by a different MM) and also the dog tag is another one that I had done at the same Mister Minit previously. Not only was it disappointing how bad the engraving was but the service we received made it even worse. I’m so grateful that the birthday present was able to be fixed up and re engraved using a laser engraver.

The 'active sport' watch band I purchased from Mister Minit is very poor quality. After having the band for 2 days, the band gently caught the side of my kitchen draw and slightly peeled back the top layer of the band (not a hard contact as it didn't cut the thread, just lifted a flimsy patch) but exposing that the band is only held together by this 1 thread. The strength of the band relies on 1 thin thread. There is no wear and tear or 'active sport' strength in these watch bands at all. They are low quality and poor strength and are definitely not designed for any outdoor/sport/active use.
I was charged $34.95 for the band. Upon returning to the Springfield Orion store, I was told that because I caused the band to be caught, it was my fault and there was nothing he would do to help me. While I appreciate, the band being caught was my fault, I would expect the band to be a lot more robust especially since it is being marketed for active activities. Very disappointed that the quality of products from Mister Minit and the level of customer service I received when discussing the feedback on their product was extremely poor and dismissive.

I recently went to Mr Minute at Orion Springfield to have insoles replaced in my shoes. $29.95 later when I got home and checked them. The new insoles were a disgrace, the heels when cut to fit the shoes were hacked and on one of the shoes on the inside. The new insole wasn't shaped correctly and didn't cover properly. Also the glue that was used was left and very visible.
These shoes were very comfortable before I had Mr Minute fix them. I was also going to get some sneakers sides re-glued as they were lifting a bit. They said that the soles had to be removed and replaced and it would cost $39.95. I thought this was a ridiculous price so I didn't get them fixed.
I have been to them before for other jobs I needed done. So I didn't go back to them because they are not the friendliest. And are prone to make you feel uncomfortable.

I just had the crappiest job done for putting new soles on my heels. It's a cheap pair but very comfortable and cute. The cobbler's excuse was that he didn't want to ruin outers by tidying up the soles. How about cutting in a straight line in the first place? The guy even had the audacity to say he's proud of his work 🤮 you be the judge

I recently needed quite a few different things done and the team was really helpful, they told me everything up front and the price was good. I was able to have a great chat with Nathan while he worked on my car/key and he was a really funny bloke so it made my day. They were also able to give advice on some items I wasn't sure on for next time.

Got a belt shortened and they didn’t take out enough leather for the prong to go lower than flat. Also when they put it back together they put the belt loops upside down (in picture)

A week later my partner went in to get a garage remote battery replaced and told them her car remote wouldn’t work and that she had already had the battery replaced and that wasn’t the issue and asked if there was anything they could do to fix it to which they said they’d have a look and see if they could find something wrong with it. When she returned to pick the remotes up they told her they had fixed the car remote and tried to charge her $70, she questioned why it was so much and they said they had changed the battery and found a part in it that was loose and fixed it. She then asked again why it cost $70 when the man said “oh did I say $70, I just meant $20 for the remote”. My partner was of the impression that this wasn’t an honest mistake but it seemed like they were trying to take advantage of her. When she got back to her car she went to test the remote and it still did not work.
