My car remote keys needed reprogramming and Jeff was so kind to help me fix it, along with teaching me how to do it myself in the future. He was even willing to help me around closing time, and did not charge me a cent! A big thank you to Jeff for his kindness, generosity and excellent service!

Very disappointed in the service and lack of care I received recently. I placed two medals for engraving and mistakes were made with both of them with a spelling error, which was the recipient's name, on one and a name not being sized correctly and barely fitting on the other. This caused me a lot of stress as the medals were to be presented at a formal function the following week. The engraver who made the mistakes was supposed to follow up with me and organize new medals but never did. I wound up having to sort out the mess myself. If I could give zero stars, I would.
