I had a watch with a broken buckle on the band. Everyone else tried to sell me a new band or a new watch. Mr Minit Rockingham fixed it on the spot from spare pieces he had in a jar. And the young guy wanted to charge me just $2!! Keep up the great service Mr Minit! I’ll be back and I’ll tell all my friends!! Thank you

Fantastic service! I went in to get my garage door batteries changed and was met with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Mrs. Sheena herself assisted me, and she was incredibly kind, nice, and friendly. She took the time to ensure everything was done correctly and didn't rush the process.

The whole experience was pleasant and efficient. Mrs. Sheena's attention to detail and professional demeanor really stood out. I'll definitely be returning for any of my future battery needs and other services.

Awesome service!! Had a key fob done there and the staff were super friendly and helpful. They made sure it was done right, encoding the new key and coming out with me to the car to make sure it was all good and didn't rush even though it was nearly closing time.
Really good experience even if it was just a small item, I'll definately use them again for any of my cobbler style needs.

They changed a battery on a citizen watch & didn't even set the time & date $26.95 & when I called I got an apology & excuse that they were too busy, this is not service Mr minit

Had a coffee catch-up with a dear friend at Rockingham City WA 11/4/24.
Browsing the malls & seeing our local Mr Minit Kiosk reminded me I was need of some new batteries in my watches ⌚️ I just love watches!!!

Spoke to Mr Minit..no wait "Miss Minit Sheena" what a delightful, helpful, young business woman, such a professional.
We negotiated a price...as I had quite a few to be done. Dropped back with watches, received phone call to advise all done & dusted before 3pm.
Warranty cards provided (2yrs) for each & every one.
I know exactly were I'll be going in future for all my Mr Minit needs key cutting, engraving, shoe repairs, watch batteries!!! etc

Went to The Shoe Kings to get a replacement t battery for my watch, that I have not used for several years. I did not event have time to go to Woolies to get milk and the job was done. Great service, with a smile.

Incredible service. Needed some shoe polish for my dress shoes. Was served by a lovely gentleman who took the time to show me how best to apply, with which materials and ran them under the buffer wheel to get some of the deeper scratches out. No extra charge even though it took an extra couple minutes. Hands down great service and would recommend any day.
