I found this firm extremely slow in attending to a Will amendment which they accepted to complete. It was so bad that after 1 month + we collected our documents and went to another local firm with the wills being updated in less than 1 week.
We gave Mitchell Reece the MS "word" document and hard copies of our Wills to assist in making the amendments.
Their admin staff were very aloof and would not commit when we asked for a status update.
Can't get much simpler than a Will amendment!
Would have been nice to communicate earlier that they were too busy or could not complete the request.

Errors and inaccuracies all through documents. Rushed us through our meetings stating she was tired. Had to finally give up after 6 months of back and forth correcting their errors.
