I would not recommend anyone to this firm. My first impression was rude and snappy. There was no interest in myself as the client and they were only interested in the documents that were sent by the court. When i contacted Gabrielle Yozefovich again she didn't even know who i was and didn't even know about my case, after she told me i had to send her everything. She then hung up on me and phoned me back 15 min later saying- oh, she remembers me know and she has already reviewed all my documents and that i must plea guilty and there is no way out of it.
I was shocked, she didn't want to hear about what i had to say and how it happened and just kept saying, no you are guilty.
I then went to other lawyers who then took all my information and heard everything that happened from my side where they then because of what i said asked for the body cam footage and that corresponded to what i was saying and my case was withdrawn!!!! Never saying i am guilty and there is no other way without giving me a good chance and reviewing everything.
I thought with all these 5 star reviews that it would be a great firm but to my mistake. Most of these 5 star reviews must be bot generated.
This is one of the worst experiences I have had in Australia and if i had gone forward with what you have said it could have damaged my future here. Remember that we are people and not just dollar signs. We have families and futures and show some compassion towards your clients.
