Absolutely disgusting and extremely unprofessional!
I got in contact with them via an LIV referral. They refused to honour the free 30 minute consultation to workout what to do with my matter. Instead "determined" that l would need an hour consultation that l would have to pay for in full or they would not engage at all.
Thankfully, I was able to get in contact with another law firm that were very professional and pleasant to deal with. We were able to move onto the next stage in about 15 minutes.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Resolved a complicated dispute between our business and a supplier of goods without the need to have our case heard by the court. Communication was great throughout process. Charged reasonably for the services provided. Would definitely highly recommend.
