Jess was rather unpleasant to deal with. A simple request to check whether a parcel has been delivered to the shop was apparently very annoying to her and she couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. I'm still not convinced she actually checked for the parcel as she was convinced that they don't accept deliveries from that courier.
