Unfortunately we have not had a good experience with Mortgage Choice Broker - Hervey Bay. It's taken 6 weeks so far for a small increase to our current loan (Mortgage Choice Bank). We have provided all documentation requested within 24 hrs and have continued to follow up on progress through email and phone calls. Finally we have been notified the application has been approved and booked for settlement in another 5 days time - making the total time from start to finish being 6 weeks 5 days. I would not recommend if you are needing finance in a timely manner.
