Incredibly disappointed with the service I received. Communication between the accounts and settlement teams was extremely poor. After following all of the required steps to the letter, I was delayed time and time again due to little regard or diligence. This resulted in significant extra costs onto the final settlement costs.

Megon lacked any regard for the incovenience and significant emotional toll of failing to follow up what would be a simple transaction she experiences everyday. Similarly, even when I asked, do I need to do anything else? She responded with no, that's everything. I will call you back if required. The settlement wasn't able to proceed and again, costs were passed.

Absolutely awful service. A lack of clear information and communication through the final stages of the process. Beware.

Bianca from MSA was amazing, she took ownership of the settlement, as the lender completely kept asking for the paperwork that they already had, within a day Bianca was able to directly speak with the lender and have the property settle for my client within the day. A great experience, i personally thanked her for all she did.

We have been waiting for a discharge for over a month. Person on the phone was rude to my wife, if I wasn't in shock I would have recorded it. Would not recommend at all. I'm sure there are great people working there. We just haven't dealt with any yet.

MSA National is a law firm which mainly represents banks in preparing and registering mortgages. Customers of Westpac, Macquarie Bank, MyState Bank and many of the white label Mortgage providers like AFG will obtain there mortgage contracts and documents from this firm.

Absolutely shocking. Not one or even two but three settlement dates missed due to their incompetence. Tried to lay the blame with my existing bank but turns out they had not chased something up. Zero response to emails or voicemails. Avoid.
