Great place for a short hike to the summit. A very windy day but at no time are you near an edge it’s all sloping rock on the well marked loop trail.
The car park and picnic area have had a recent upgrade. Plenty of parking including, clean flushing toilets, great viewing seats for those wishing to wait it out, BBQ picnic tables and tank water.
The nature walk would also be suitable for prams in the dry.

Mount Wudinna, the second largest rock in Australia, beaten in size only by Ayers Rock. Free wifi access and a couple of phone charging stations are available in the rest area as well as a fire pit and well maintained bbq. There are toilets and a large car park. The trails are well marked but please observe the warnings, the rock is very steep in a lot of places.

It's a very steep climb but on a good day it's well worth it, the views are spectacular, we sat there for awhile just taking it all in, this was the second time we went here, first time it was so windy it was actually scarey, although we did go up, I went to the top, my partner has a balance problem didn't go all the way, so we were determined to do it again( 2days later) so today we conquered it.
