My T Nguyen Silicitors have been so professional and supportive through out the process. Michelle and Kim have been great to deal with it. 2 years and finally got my wife PR ... never called me in 2 years. no customer service at all. I did not like her smile because she thinks shes smarter than me. Will never recommend her to anyone. Shes evil!

Tôi được chồng tôi bảo lãnh nhưng phải đến khi tôi sinh con gái được gần 1 tuổi mẹ con tôi mới có visa. Trong khoảng thời gian 2 năm đó là vô vàn khó khăn mà họ chẳng thể làm gì để giúp chúng tôi.Đến nỗi mà khi có visa rồi không hiểu chị ta chuẩn bị hồ sơ kiểu gì mà con gái tôi không có visa. Mẹ có mà con không có thế là chúng tôi phải ngay lập tức làm hộ chiếu Việt Nam cho bé .Chỉ nhận tiền và chấm hết. Chưa bao giờ chị ta gọi điện trực tiếp cho chúng tôi mà chỉ cho thư ký gọi và trả lời. Không biết có phải là sợ bị hỏi câu nào mà chị ta không biết hay không.Tôi khuyên thành thật đừng bao giờ đi chị ta. Chỉ phí tiền mà lại còn hỏng việc.

Chị này ai cũng khen nhưng mình đến 2 lần rồi. Nói chuyện cộc lốc, ko lịch sự, ko nhiệt tình, ko quan tâm và có vẻ ko cần khách hàng luôn.
