I wouldn’t recommend this law firm. I approached them with a family legal issue, that involved signing a document that I didn’t understand, mainly regarding what my obligations were upon signing. I was under pressure to sign this document and conveyed all this to them. I explained my trepidation in signing based on not fully understanding my obligations; hence the reason in seeking legal advice and for the document to be made clear to me by them.

Despite the document being explained to me, I found there was a lack of empathy from them; so much so that I felt disregarded and not given a sufficient level of service; especially considering their hefty fees.

It wasn’t so much that the advice wasn’t helpful, it was the way I was spoken to (I felt there was a lack of courteousness) and the fashion in which they washed their hands of me; after sending me an ambiguous email that seemed to be absolving themselves of any responsibility of the advice I’d been given by them. I did not feel in any way supported or that the service was professional.
