Nash Allen Williams & Wotton have been our lawyers for many years looking after our wills, power of attorney, enduring guardian, my husband death and now my property sale & granny flat agreement. I highly recommend their professionalism, help and friendship. After Michael Williams retired, Geoff O’Reilly has looked after me and I am very grateful. Nash Allen Williams and Wotton handled the conveyancing of my uncles property in The Entrance after he moved into aged care in Sydney. I thought with myself being based in Sydney the process might have been a bit clunky, but I couldn't fault the service provided by Maddy. Her attention to detail and communication skills are first class, leading to a quick settlement, which was requested by the buyer, but welcomed by us. Moving new to the area, I needed to get advice from a solicitor, I spoke with Elias at the front desk who was so nice and put me with Madeline a solicitor in the firm who went above and beyond for us especially as my husband who suffers from MND and couldn’t make it to the office, so she came to the house , full organized with all the paperwork.
