Do not deal with this agency!! I organised a time and date to view an off grid property with Lyle and asked for a meeting point. It took me over an hour to get there. I arrived on time at the location and he simply didn’t show up. I called, texted, left a voicemail and also tried to reach him from my wife’s phone… nothing. I sat there for 40 minutes and then drove home. I’ve still had no contact from Lyle, no apologies… nothing. I feel bad for vendors who trust these unprofessional agents to sell their biggest assets… leaving a buyer high and dry out the front of a property with no contact at all is a new low for me. Wow.

UPDATE:
Lyle finally responded to me 4 hours after the appointment saying that he actually saw me at the gate and was too busy showing someone else around to say anything. He literally just left me there waiting!!! Unbelievable... screenshot of SMS attached.

I give three stars. I made the trip with my wife to view a property that Hayley was listed as the agent for. Despite Hayley not taking my wife's call nor texting her back on Sunday (despite a review below stating that she is very prompt and always takes calls and messages) my wife still wanted to view the property. On short notice a 6 hour return drive for Monday was planned so we wanted to make sure we could view the property. My wife had to look up the list of agents for Nashville Property and decided to ring Desley who took the call and offered to contact Hayley for my wife. My wife asked for Desley to take us through however Desley said she could not as she was not the agent for 13 Apollonian. Calls made to Hayley by my wife (and I rang twice on Monday) always went to message bank yesterday and found out that she was in meetings at the time my wife and I called. Yesterday (1 message) and today (2 messages) my wife left messages thanking Hayley for taking her through to which there was absolute silence. My wife rang the agency and was told by Desley that Hayley is going through some issues in her personal life right now and hence why she did not reply to my wife's "thanks" texts. However, I must say that as a mere male (!) Hayley definitely made me feel special when I was viewing the property as she went out of her way to stand with me and walk me through the house as a personal guide rather than just letting me walk with my wife as we have done so at many other viewings. A definitely unique experience with Hayley and as a mere male I really did appreciate the attention she gave me - made me feel very special and important. I agree with Ellie's review below about Hayley "makes one attracted to her ideas on a property".
