This facility flooded completely in February 2022. We lost all our belongings $66k worth. Suncorp paid within 3 weeks of claiming. National Storage charged us a separate insurance fee every month and have now claimed after 6 months that flood damage wasn’t covered. Do not store your belongings here is the best advice i can give you.

Terrible customer service. We were charged twice because a staff member failed to cancel one of our units when requested. Despite us trying to rectify the situation, we received a condescending half hour phone call from the storage manager who had not even bothered to read our correspondence. He also told me all about the staff member he recently had fired. Really unprofessional and off-putting. Lucky for us, there is another storage facility right next door which we will use instead.

I just want to say a big thank you to Tyler who has just taken over as manager of this site. Tyler helped me through a rough period after being made redundant from my place of work before Christmas. I was struggling paying for my storage unit. I found Tyler to be very understanding and he talked me through how I could keep access to my storage. I wish I could give him 10 stars. Tyler is an absolute asset to your business and I look forward to dealing with him in the future. Recommended to all my family and friends.

At the beginning it’s dreadful if you purchase online. Communication was poor. I phoned help as I keep getting emails about insurance but I’ve loaded my insurance policy. Staff tell me National Storage sends it nine times before it stops. I phoned to ask about a lock, told just buy the usual sort. Got to my storage unit- different lock required. Getting out was confusing as a person parked in front of the keypad to put in your unique password to get out (same one you enter to enter the building). Staff on site (ross i think) was pleasant & assisted me best he could. Facility is clean. It’s next to a creek so I don’t think I’d like ground floor.

Rent increased far beyond cost of living increases (nearly doubled in 2.5years). They know there is nothing you can do living overseas. Even with months notice unable to pro-rata partial months storage for move out. So glad to be finished storing with them……….

Very helpful staff and lovely people! They made my move so much easier and less stressful. Great facilities and convenient shop in the office for all sorts of packing supplies. Definitely see myself leasing/purchasing from National Storage again in the future.

The customer service at this storage facility is second to none! Sam the manager at this site is so incredibly helpful. She definitely went above and beyond for us with every query we had and everything we needed. Very appreciate of how great she was and can’t thank her enough! Thanks again Sam!
