Mike was recommended by my buyer's agent. From the first call, Mike listened to my requirements and then explained the process to me very well. We met for a coffee where Mike presented my options to me in detail and explained the cons and pros of each. Throughout the process Mike has always been available and easy to reach and very responsive to my queries, even late in the day. The process to get a pre-approval and then to get the loan approved was a breeze. I had had an excruciating experience with another broker and lender a couple of years before, so I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the whole process was. I used this criteria during my hunt for the right mortgage broker just over three years ago. Myself and my partner were investing in an off the plan purchase, that was more complicated and less straight forward than a regular property purchase. We only settled today at the time this review was recorded!

Mike and his team not only met with my criteria but have continued to exceed my expectations during this long three year journey. From initial phone consultation and meeting us face to face on a Sunday in his office to formulating a financial plan that best assisted our financial goals moving forward. It would be easy to lose motivation in a job when you have to wait three years to get paid! However, Mike was diligent with follow up, and even helped eased our anxiety during the long term process. All communication was carefully constructed and informative, yet easy to follow for someone who is not a seasoned investor or an expert in finance.
