You guys are an absolute disgrace. If I could give you no stars I would. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at West Gippsland Vets and very reluctantly was having to leave them due to my own medical situation which leaves me unable to drive that far. To be told that you are “At capacity” is disgusting. I’ve taken other peoples animals to Neerim South Surgery plenty of times and you were never “At capacity” then.
I was reluctant to come back to your surgery anyway due to other people I know telling me how rude and non compassionate your staff were but I had no other options. Luckily after that phone call a lady has offered to drive my dog and I into Warragul as I had you on loud speaker. She was also disgusted by your response.
You are an absolute disgrace.
