I was in a custody battle with my ex, at the time i had my daughter 5 hours a visit twice a week, ex had stopped All visitation 4 weeks before the next hearing. At the time me and my ex were using a message app called ourfamilywizard app. This app had all the messages between me and my ex for the previous 12 months. My ex didn't want to me to have more time with my daughter. She was the only abusive in the relationship the app would have shown when ever I did change the patenting order to suit her schedule. Nielsen law cost me 10 of thousands of dollars and never tried to help me defend me. I'm now 6 months off a trail and have to pay $400 a week to see my daughter 4 hours a week 50 kms from where I life. I had to give up my job because visitation hours are during work hours.
