What a bloody wonderful experience I had with this company!

Can I just say from the time I spoke to Andy over the phone til the time I spent with Bim (Sales representative) in the dark display room demonstrating the different lamps for me was such a friendly reassuring experience.

I know this feedback seems over the top but these guys are so kind and know how to treat people.

These lamps are perfect! I’m so in love with them!
I'm a private buyer who just uses these in my home and I tell you what! talk about setting the mood!
At first I was afraid of the price however I now understand that these lamps will last for a long time. These lamps are an investment. The 5 year warranty gives me confidence and I love that NEOZ can share stories of clients who have had one of their lamps for up to 30 years before it started playing up. That’s just incredible.

It’s really nice to see an Australian company succeeding not only in Australia but internationally as well. It is evident that the staff are treated well and are engaged and totally passionate about their products.

I would recommend NEOZ products and their customer service to ANYONE!

Neoz cordless lamps are beautifully designed and of the highest quality. I’ve used the lamps at home for years and love the ambience they create. The bulbs and batteries last for years and being able to alter the brightness of the lamps with a simple touch is a bonus.
After accidentally dropping one of my lamps recently Joel from the Neoz team, shipped me a replacement cover which arrived within 24 hours. 10/10 for quality design and service.

I fell in love with lights from Neoz Lighting years ago but hesitated to get them because they did not have an office in my country. After going through countless of inferior cordless lamps, I decided to buy two from Neoz. Fast forward two years, an accident happened to one of the lamps. Just when I thought I had to mourn the demise of my beloved lamp, Mandy came to the rescue! Neoz went above and beyond expectations, and my lamp is now working again. I am impressed by the service despite them not having an office here. The service and delivery were excellent.

My apartment needed more lighting. I couldn’t put an overhead light in, as it would scare the ceiling. I have been looking for a solution for ages. I found the solution at Neoz.
These quality lamps can be used wherever I want in my apartment.
I am so pleased. I keep looking at them, as they are so stylish!!!

Sometimes you come across something...something that you've thought would be perfect for an idea you had...something you had never seen before though. I hate bright overhead lights, especially at the dinner table. I discovered the Tall Poppy lamp from Neoz at a hotel in Hong Kong and immediately fell in love! We (will) have 3 of them now on our round dining table creating exactly the ambiance I was hoping to achieve.
We also have a large ottoman in the middle of the room that needed a little light for our wine glasses at night 🙂

Such a dreadful experience with this company. Their lighting looks great initially, I won't argue with that, but unfortunately, they use cheaply manufactured batteries from china, meaning after around a month or so, the performance declines rapidly. The lights don't hold their charge as advertised, and we've had no end of issues contacting the company. Don't fall for the fake reviews. Avoid.
