Tom reviewed our life insurance, super accounts, and overall financial position a few years ago and presented findings and options in a detailed report, which he then went through with us in person. I really enjoy working with the staff at Newcastle Financial Planning Group. Jacob LoCascio has a friendly, relaxed manner whilst maintaining a professional approach. We were rather concerned to be transferred to a large financial planning group after having a very friendly relationship with our previous financial adviser. Jacob very quickly removed any concerns we had. We are always warmly greeted, and Jacob seems to take the conversation on from where we left off at our last meeting. We are always very well treated and are never given the impression that we are only very small investors. We consider ourselves very fortunate to have Jacob looking after our finances.
