Hubby & I are travelling we stopped in to get our lotto on for Sat night. When Hubby went in to do so he found the Most arrogant person hes ever come accross in a retail business, owner or retail assistant there's no excuse for ignorance in retail a business, smarten your act up Sarina newsxpress!..very very poor customer service.

Every time I come into the shop I'm reminded of the very rude and arrogant male version of the worst Karen of all time. I have been in line and witnessed his arrogance been out right rude and condescending to our elderly. Get a life Karen!!!!!
