On Sunday after reversing into my roller door during its upward travel I rang NEXT GEN Garage Doors. Dan arrived within the hour. Repair involved removal of one of the steel guides, grinding off its lugs, welding them to new positions and re fitting guide to new holes in brickwork. Dan then completed repair by removing bends in the door.
All within 3 hours costing less than $300 on Sunday.
Dan displayed knowledge, competence, efficiency and politeness AND MINIMAL EXPENSE.

Had an emergency with my garage door and Dan was more than happy to come and see us that evening without hesitation. Immediately figured out the issue and was able to sort it out the next day. Very happy with his service and highly recommend him.

Update *six months later*
Needed the help of Dan again with clunky noise when I opened the garage door. Dan was happy to arrange an appointment on a Sunday and was prompt to my query by the Monday. Issue resolved in a timely manner. Will always recommend Dan for honest, prompt and reliable service.
