I contacted them to help my 82-year-old father complete a discharge of mortgage from the bank and to get a Certificate of Title on the house my parents finished paying off 20 years earlier. Further complicating things were my mother’s death in August as she was listed as co-owner. NSW had switched to a completely electronic system just a week earlier, but they were able to use the new system and the transfer was done electronically, quickly and efficiently. Plus they also changed the title so that my dad was now the sole owner. My father’s English isn’t very good and I was impressed that they were able to explain things to him clearly and patiently. It’s been a tough three months for my dad and I was so happy they were able to get this sorted for him so that he has one less thing to worry about. Highly recommended.

My dad and I had a family matter recently and used this law firm ... I had the pleasure of meeting Phil who explained things meticulously to my father ( who is of Greek background) We felt comfortable the whole time and Phil was friendly and professional . Phil also looked after my father with pricing knowing he was a pensioner . I cannot speak highly enough of our experience here and have now recommended him to friends

Worst solicitors ever... Dishonest people. Run by father and son. The son is mentally unstable. They are the definition of vietnamese people ripping the vietnamese community off. I would give them negative stars if I could.
