Used to be the best in town but last time I went was sub-par. Went just for check up and to get a sharp corner taken off a tooth. Before i knew it X-rays were being taken and anestheic was given. When I was asked what for, she said that the filling was going to he replaced. I asked why as she just told me the filling was structurally fine. After an unsatisfactory answer, we did not go ahead with the filling.
While sitting with an un-necessarily numb mouth (which i had to pay for), the rest of the session had the dentist trying to justify her mistake and padding out time with small talk, questions and un-necessary checks. I believe these actions were a deliberate act to fill out the alotted session (and maximise earnings from me). To sum up, I was made to pay in time and money for the dentists mistake and to maximise the centres income.

Shanaye was amazing. I saw her yesterday for a check up and went back today for my 3 year old daughters appointment. Shanaye made the experience so fun my daughter didn't want to leave. Reception staff were great also 🙂

Cant thank Dr Pear and the team enough, I broke a tooth and they were able to get me into remove it, even with a busy schedule. Im not a huge fan off the extrication procedure, but was treated well through the process. This is the second time I've had a tooth pulled and had no complications after..Thanks once again

Went to obtain some much needed dental work, at the front desk, wasn't even asked what I required, just told not taking new clients!! Business must be damm good to turn away a few thousand dollars in dental money.Its ok, I will take my money and business to another dentist.
