A nice range of gifts but unfortunately some poorly made items have crept in of late. Most of the staff are helpful and friendly but management could improve their own customer service.

I live in New Zealand and my son is on a station south of Darwin and has had an accident and has ended up in Darwin Hospital. I called the shop and got Keisha I think her name was. I wanted to get some magazines to my son in the hospital. Keisha went far beyond her duty and was very helpful at selecting some magazines for my son and then PERSONALLY DELIVERED these magazines to the hospital.

As a mother who was very worried about her son this small act of kindness went a very long way.

Thank you Keisha very much, Your kindness was hugely appreciated.
