These guys will drag your case on forever win you some and charge you 3x that
Then when you’re in debt thousands add interest
Contact the lawyers association and gain your rights before making any dealings because most of what you get charged for is actually free and these guys also don’t tell you that.
The assistance I was asking for throughout the process was ignored I kept advising that I was unsure why they kept proceeding with my employer case when it was a seperate department I was needing to take to court
This request was ignored the whole time and my illness and vulnerability was taken for granted.
If you’ve suffered an injury due to an event and need a lawyer please explore all options.
These guys new they were dragging my case on and in the end I had to drop a case because they set me up to fail and after 2 years and 30k+ I had no more capacity to keep going.

Front of house staff at Norman Waterhouse were terrific, but unfortunately the solicitor, only called to say he was not interested and did not offer an alternative within NW and then hung up. Poor communication skills.
