Words cannot explain how grateful we are to the ladies at NMFV.
My beautiful fur daughter was super unwell on Saturday Morning and despite the fact they had back to back appointments all day they agreed to take her in to see what was going on. Even though they were very busy they took all the necessary tests for Luna and even stayed back after finish time to help !
We were referred to the emergency vet as the prognosis wasn't looking good and Luna needed to be monitored closely - Unfortunately Luna had to cross the rainbow bridge at the emergency vet due to the illness being quite severe and quick developing.
On Monday I received a call from the beautiful ladies at NMFV to let us know they were upset to see the outcome was not great - they also spent the time comforting me as I explained what had happened - It brought me to tears that they cared SO much and showed SO much care in the circumstances. I would never take my pets to any other vet again - Thankyou for being so Amazing we love you guys !! ?

Seriously the best vet in Queensland who understands your love of fur babies take good care & prioritise to give best care. Photo of Brutus Maximus before dental clean with calming coat for relaxing experience and was allowed fav toy to be with him.

I decided to take my little Maggie for surgery at NMFV and am so glad I did. Maggie was treated like a little queen by the nurses and Vet and the follow up checkups were no different. The practice is a credit to the owners.

I want to share my experience from this week I was 3 hrs from home and yes there where vets but I new I had to get home so Gigi could go to her own vet and they where so wonderful after me rushing back and the staff at North Maclean where more then I could have hoped for and now Gigi is well again and thanks to all staff again these are the best I have ever used and I am 73 and had dogs all my life good on you guys for being so wonderful at your job Cheryl , Gigi they sent this photo to me as I had to leave Gigi there I left her bedding and coat and bless them they looked after her ?

I have been a client of North Maclean Family Vet since they opened and they are by far the best vets in the area. Dr Kylie, Dr Erica, Tiffany, Madeline, Kristy and Isabella are wonderful and caring and always happy to fit us in when an inevitable emergency arises.

I am a vet myself, and because my pets are insured I cannot provide their care myself. I am very particular about who I take my pets to, and I've settled on North Maclean Family Vet. The vets are incredibly knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. You get what you pay for in medicine, and these guys manage to provide excellent, high quality care for a very reasonable price. Their communication is impeccable, and they really work with you to formulate a plan that addresses my concerns, my pets' health and my budget. They're obviously a busy practice, yet whenever we're in there, we're made to feel valued, seen and heard!
