0 or minus stars! Run as fast as you can away! Nicole makes errors, changes things without notification which cost lots and was difficult to communicate with, she misses details and was not helpful. Find someone else! If I could give minus stars I would!

I have used NBCS twice now and can’t recommend them highly enough. Fast turn around of contract reviews, excellent communication and they made the purchase process easy and stress free. Would definately use NBCS again in the future.

Would not recommend. Extremely stressful experience. I was buying and selling simultaneously. There was a lot of confusion and misunderstandings between the two separate units, a couple of critical errors, especially in the final contract that went to the other lawyer. Very sporadic availability so difficult to rely on Nicole or know when she would be unavailability due to no communication. When trying to get contract error fixed on the evening of the sale, was told to find someone else and was hung up on! This is not just bad behaviour, it is unacceptable and unprofessional. I had worked with Nicole 7 yrs prior so sell/buy and that went well, thus the return. I did receive an apology and reason given was broken foot and hospital visits. However, there is no excuse for being abrupt, sarcastic, rude and disrespectful in emails and phone calls to clients that are paying for a service.
